Une dixième édition du séminaire en France avec Maitre Chen Ying Jun 20ème génération de la famille Chen qui a fondé le taiji.
Chen Ying Jun vient renforcer l’étude des enchainements Laojia Yilu et Erlu et approfondit chaque année davantage notre connaissance des principes qui guident le mouvement continu du taiji, pour notre pratique et notre réflexion.
Il nous a donné de très précieux éclaircissements sur les huit énergies du tuishou, Il a accueilli de nouveaux pratiquants avec une particulière attention sur les corrections de postures du Laojia, le fondement de la progression .Il nous amène chaque année davantage vers la compréhension de la martialité de l’art du taiji. Nous recevons avec sa venue chaque année de très précieux enseignements pour notre pratique mais aussi pour enseigner le style et la méthode inégalable développée par Chen Xiao Wang et maintenant Chen Ying Jun. La participation au séminaire annuel est un incontournable pour les pratiquants du style. Cette année encore avec une soixantaine de pratiquants de Bretagne, de France, d’Irlande, de Grèce, d’Allemagne, nous avons pu mesurer notre chance de faire partie du circuit mondial de Chen Ying Jun.

A tenth edition of the seminar in France with Master Chen Ying Jun, 20th generation er of the Chen family who founded taiji.
Chen Ying Jun reinforces the study of the Laojia Yilu and Erlu sequences and each year deepens our knowledge of the principles that guide the continuous movement of taiji, for our practice and our reflection.
He gave us very valuable clarifications on the eight energies of tuishou, He welcomed new practitioners with particular attention to the posture corrections of Laojia, the foundation of progression. He brings us each year more towards understanding the martiality of the art of taiji. With his coming each year, we receive very valuable lessons for our practice but also for teaching the style and the unrivaled method developed by Chen Xiao Wang and now Chen Ying Jun. Participation in the annual seminar is a must for practitioners of the style. This year again with around sixty practitioners from Brittany, France, Ireland, Greece and Germany, we were able to measure our chance of being part of the Chen Ying Jun world circuit.
